66 Years Old
I'm turning 66. I decided to create a small report on where I am? How my journey has been, where I intending to go in my next journey around the sun.
My health has been getting a lot better in the last 3 to 4 years, and I have really enjoyed the journey of learning to rebuild my body after a stroke and discovering how it works, even if I often think it's recovering too slowly.
Towards the middle of last year, I was feeling very well and was not working too soft and the focus on my health. But I could eat them and my lifestyle. And in the coming months I started getting colds, flus and COVID and took quite a toll on me, especially the neural tissue that had been regenerated. Like the newest part of me seemed to get really weak and it has taken quite some time to get back on track.
I feel I have my energy and can do most of what I want to do. And of course, as usual, during that time I was discovering some pattern emotions in me. Sometimes I seem to need to have lower energy to feel bad. And yeah, some of it has been really hitting from my view and working on them has been.
Once again, once you know me that you're still getting to know and know. As my 67 circled around the sun is beginning. I feel like my brain is working much better. My physical strength is coming back and my passion for being fully alive is really blooming again. I am focusing on my physical health and on showing off to co-create her more interesting world or community to live in and a part of preparing for that work.
I am setting up my audio and video equipment to make videos and yeah, educate and also take interviews with people. And this video is partly to try out some of that. I sometimes think I know what is best to create a world that I really want to live in, but I know if we were going to create it, we need to do it together.
I want to work with more people. One part of that is I want to interview some of you. I have not decided on all the questions for the interview, but some of them might be What is the ideal world you want to live in? Why are we there and how do you think we can create it? How can we get there?
Yeah, this may be three of the questions I want to ask, and I do want to have a platform to publish them, a website podcast or some social media and yeah, where we can have discussions with each other on what kind of world we want to create and how we are going to do that. I also want to gather together information and tools on how we like can nourish ourselves.
Like, yeah, and how we can do that and summarize some good tools to create a better community and yeah, and, and how we can nourish or self to create a fun and healthy lifestyle and have fun and good health. As long as we live. On my journey of rebuilding my body after the stroke, I have five deep into the newest research on how to do that, and especially in the nervous system, and experimented with a lot of that on myself to see what works.
I also studied functional medicine coaching for a year and learned a lot and got many useful tools There that I would like to share. And I see many people close to my age losing their health and achieve very fast. It's concerning my life With many of our longevity. Scientists are saying, Stop thinking you can live to be 80 and be frail and your brain not working.
I think we should do what they say. Start thinking you can be get to be 120 and more and have the same health as when you were in your forties. And yeah. And right now I'm thinking I will focus on that if I will start offering coaching. And I also want to make that information available on the website so people can use it for point to articles or books about it.
I haven't kind of started seeing the details of that. So yeah, this is what I am working on for the next few months at least. An important priority that I often have to remind myself because start talking I sometimes get serious is to have fun and playing with others all the time. Yeah. Thank you all for being part of my community.
Let's enjoy life and keep on growing together, co-creating the world we want to live in. And yet peace, love, joy and good health to all of you. Thank you.
